Authorization for these categories is issued only after verification of a genuine GeM Bid/RA/BOQ, service capability and Champion approval.

• Share complete GeM Bid/RA/BOQ details with Champion.
• Maintain the required service capability and SLA.
• Provide installation, commissioning and onsite support wherever required.
• Follow GeM and Government procurement guidelines.

• Activation within 24–48 working hours after verification.
• Authorization remains valid for the current month.
• Regular Champion purchasers receive uninterrupted monthly activation.
• If no purchase is made during the current month, a fresh Authorization Advance is required for the next activation.

• Products supplied against Champion OEM Authorization must be purchased only from Champion or its authorized supply channel.
• Champion Authorization cannot be used for non-Champion products.

• Authorization Rights: Champion reserves the right to reject, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any authorization in case of misuse, fraud, false declarations, supply of non-Champion products, policy violations, or failure to meet prescribed service obligations.
• Penalty: For any violation, misuse, unauthorized/fraudulent activity, or supply of non-Champion products, Champion may issue a debit note of 25%–50% of the relevant sale/transaction value.
• Payment Period: The debit note must be paid within 7 days from the date of issuance.
• Authorization Cancellation: Champion may suspend or cancel the reseller/partner authorization for any violation of applicable terms and policies.
• Legal Remedies: Champion reserves the right to take legal action or any other appropriate remedies as permitted under applicable laws.
• Authorization Advance: Any unadjusted Authorization Advance held by Champion may be forfeited, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

• Delivery Responsibility: For orders requiring direct delivery to the buyer, delivery timelines and successful delivery at the destination are subject to the respective courier/logistics service and are not guaranteed by Champion.
• Additional Delivery Charges: Any applicable charges, including local delivery, portal charges, transport charges, India Post/public courier, or other courier/logistics charges, will be charged additionally to the reseller/partner.
• Return / Non-Delivery: In case of return or non-delivery, Champion will not be responsible for the related delivery, return, or re-delivery charges.
• Re-Delivery: If a shipment is returned, a fresh delivery will be scheduled only after the returned product is received by Champion and the applicable additional delivery charges are cleared by the reseller/partner.

Champion does not guarantee the award of any GeM bid or Government tender. Champion reserves the right to modify these terms, product categories and authorization policies at any time.
