Eligible users can register and receive a GeM Authorization Code completely free of cost. No registration fee, subscription fee, or hidden charges are applicable.
Activation & Validity:
The GeM Authorization Code can be activated at any time as per the user’s convenience. Once activated, the authorization/license will remain valid for 90 days from the activation date. All benefits and marketplace access are available only during the active validity period.

Marketplace Access
- Browse products on the GeM Marketplace.
- Participate in bids and tenders.
- Explore procurement opportunities available on the portal.
Special Offer
Users receiving the free GeM Authorization Code may place orders directly through Champion during the active 90-day period.
Any promotional offers, discounts, or business benefits provided by Champion are subject to company policies and availability.
Code Issuance & Activation
- After submitting the authorization form, the GeM Authorization Code will be issued instantly.
- The authorization code will be activated on the GeM portal within up to 48 hours.
- Once activated, access to the GeM marketplace will remain valid for 90 days.
Non-Transferable Usage
- The GeM Authorization Code is issued only for the registered user/business.
- Codes cannot be transferred, resold, or shared with any third party.
Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable GeM portal policies, government regulations, and marketplace guidelines while using the authorization.
Right to Suspend or Cancel
- Champion reserves the right to suspend, cancel, reject, or discontinue any authorization or service at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Misuse of the platform.
- Fraudulent activities.
- Submission of incorrect information.
- Violation of terms or GeM policies.
Limitation of Service
Champion does not guarantee approval of bids, tenders, or business opportunities on the GeM portal. Marketplace performance and procurement opportunities depend on GeM platform policies and buyer requirements.
Modification of Terms
Champion reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the offer or terms at any time without prior notice.
